I am wondering whether there is a marketplace like Apple Store, to sell custom UI5/Fiori Apps. Can anyone of you please throw light on this area.

You can post your application on SAP Store:

https://store.sap.com/sap/cp/ui/resources/store/html/StoreFront.html

But for that you need to go through review or certification depending on your architecture of application.
