Hi experts,
What should be max number of rows to retrieve from a query to show in a Webi report on BICS connection, in order to have the minimum impact on performance? Is there any document about that?

Hi Ravi,
Thank you for your reply. It is an interesting document, but I don't want restrict the results set, I would like to know what is the limit (how many rows can be retrieved) in Web Intelligence, so that I can say to a user if this is the right tool to see this information or maybe he needs another tool to see largest volume of data.
Regards.
Hi,
There is no limit on no of rows to display in WEBI. It should match the count with Bex if same filters.
How ever a report having million rows would not help user to analyse the data unless there is an absolute requirement.
But you can check in query properties whether you set any limit there?
Also please check the below thread
Hope it helps you..!!
