CRM Analytics reports in Real time

Two doubts:

1) Are CRM reports (CRM analytics - not the interactive reports) all of them, by default, based on load of cube?

Example:

• Incoming Sales Volume: SLS_INCOMING_SALES_VOLUME_RE
• Opportunity Funnel Analysis: SLS_OPPORTUNITY_FUNNEL_RE

2) Is it possible to convert them into direct access?
