Error on Manager Self Service Page

Dear Experts,

During the EP configurations we encountered on error.

ERROR: Extract CKMINIAPP does not exists (termination ERROR_MESSAGE_STATE).

Does anyone encountered this error before? Please share the resolution.

      Hello Vipul,

      We are facing the same issue, we face it in production and we did trace all but no thing we reach,

      we also check the OM structure and seems fine as other department only one user facing this issue,

      and it's not user issue as we assigned another working user to manager employee record in infotype 105 and he got the error in MSS, any advise please.

    We are experiencing this same issue. I have not been able to locate any information as to the cause or resolution of I, either in your post or in an internet search.

    If anyone has any information as to the cause or resolution of this error condition, please provide your feedback.

    Dears ,

    How could you solve the issue ? , I have the same here with only one employee.

    and this note "1757211 - EIC: error message "Extract CKMINIAPP does not exist""

    doesn't help because

    its latest correction came in release 607 of component EA-HRGXX at support package 04


    My system is EA-HRGXX 607 SP 0038

    This error occurs if the call is non-existent in the role of application or configuration.
