Multi-user performance testing

Hi Colleagues,

I have a partner who is interested in carrying out multi-user performance testing. For example, he would like to simulate 100 users accessing the Sybase ASE DB at the same time, making simultaneous requests, to see the impact on performance, stability, usability, etc.

Under his partnership, he currently has 25 developer licenses.

Does the solution in some way enable him to generate temporary licenses for testing purposes only, so that he can run such tests?

It might not be feasible to use the 25 licenses because a) they would currently be used for development and b) 25 users might not be an adequate number of users for performance/stability testing.
