I am trying to create TO manually in the system for a demo purpose. I am getting the following error" Error occurred during storage section search". Can anybody let me know what config I am missing.

No storage area search has been defined for this material and this storage type.{code}

Hi Idama,

Either Define and Determine search sequence using the transaction code OMLZ or in the same transaction code give appropriate parameter in "Selection check active" field for the combination of Warehouse number and Storage type combination, the value could be, blank - Storage section will not be determined or checked, or X - Determine Storage section and check, or Y - Determine Storage section and no check. Usually the value would be blank or Y, in case of X be carefull in defining and determining storage section.

Hi Idama,

it seems that you try to use storage section control, but that is not set up accordingly.

Either you switch it off or complete the customizing (both in transaction OLMZ - Warehouse Management -> Strategies -> Activate Storage Section Search).
