Unable to access Portal service in WDjava

Hi,

I am trying to access a portal service in WDjava ... I am getting the below error,

com.sapportals.portal.prt.service.ServiceException: Error while retrieving service:

We are in SAP 7.3 version .

Please provide some inputs to resolve the error.
