LE_SHP_GOODSMOVEMENT do not recognize standard VTTK table

Hi Experts,

I created an implementation in LE_SHP_GOODSMOVEMENT, however I cannot use select from table VTTK.

VTTK is a standard table, why does my implementation unable to recognize it?
