Update for file entry for solution manager system on your managed system

Run below command as user daaadm

stopstop SMDA11

Run smdsetup script

startsap SMDA11

now check SMDagent logs for any issue and share it.

Also, remove agent entry from SLD and then use above steps

Check can you click on 'show' and share the error.

Also, you can connect directly to solution manager rather than via SLD.

Goto Managed system and connect
