Is there a transaction that tell me what is the status of a functional locations, etc.

Sometimes, I need to look at functional location, and find the status for the pieces of equipment attached to it, and the maintenance plans. If they are active or have been desactivated.

    Most PM reports look at a single object only e.g. equipment list (IH08), functional location list (IH06), order list (IW39).

    IP19 is one of the reports that does show data relating to multiple objects, but it doesn't give the data you need i.e. the statuses.

    You will need a customer-specific report to look across functional locations, equipment and maintenance plans.

    This could be done in a few ways:

    • ABAP report
    • SQVI query
    • SQ01/SQ02 query
    • Table extracts into Excel, then using vlookup
