SAP screen personas login issue

Hello All,

I have configured Personas & unable to login.While logging into personas "you are not allowed to access this system. if this is not correct please contact your system administrator" message is being displayed.

Below attached is the screenshot of configuration check. Both the persona system & target system are same, why the config check tool is unable to determine configuration of clientaccesspolicy.xml, crossdomain.xml, BASIS Version, Kernel & Patch Version (Am I missing any configuration?)

Also,

RFC connection type H is showing "Status HTTP Response : 404" --- I have used communication user for authentication, please correct me.

Hello,

I solved this kind of problem after I set the following parameter in the RESTGUI-Service

~NO_LOGON_USEREXIT   (Value "1").

Please let me know, if this parameter is solving your problems, too.

Hello Dheeraj -

Does the user you are logging in as, have a Personas role correctly assigned in the admin transaction (/PERSOS/ADMIN_UI)?

Also can you confirm if the Restgui service is working correctly.

Yes, restgui is working fine and now I am unable to see the gear icon to the right side of personas screen.

Whenever I click on the system, I can see the gear icon blinking.

what do you mean by blinking icon?

Check the restgui service of your target system. In personas config guide, there is a way to check your restgui service is correct. please check that.

When I click on the system, personas is trying to render the system -- at this time I can see a gear icon (it is just fraction of seconds)

restgui service is working fine sushant I have checked it couple of time

Can you tell whats the kernel patch of your  target system?

In restgui, handler list I have CL_HTTP_EXT_ITS instead of basic

I tried implementing SAP Note for _BASIC. Can be implemnted message is being displayed for SAP Note

Both main system & target system are same in my scenario

Kernel 7.21ext sp lvl 300

This has anything to do with em/global_area_MB?
