Error while opening Fiori app on iPad

I keep getting "Service XXXX failed. Contact your system administrator. Cannot call service with URL: /sap/opu/....." error on the iPad - both in the browser and the Fiori client. I am able to login to the launch pad and also see the apps, the error is triggered if I click one of the apps / tile.

I believe this would be triggered if the service wasn't activated. In our case, the service is active and the application works well on the laptop browser via the launch pad. Strange that the same app isn't working on the iPad browser and gives this error. 

Note - I have given the Fiori Launchpad URL in my laptop browser, iPad browser (tried with Chrome and Safari) and Fiori mobile client.

Any tips on how to troubleshoot ?

    Hi Parag,

    Can you please provide the more details on error,

    Your ipad is not connecting to fiori apps server can you please check the proper network setting in ipad.

      Hi Parag,

         Can you please switch on the trace in backend system for user which you logged on iOS device and then open the tile.

      Have you try target URL for PO Tracking or Approval PO on IPAD??

      If you are not bale to find anything please raise OSS with SAP.

    Hello Parag,

    Were you able to resolve the issue? We are getting similar errors for two custom FIORI applcations running in iOS 8.X, though same applications are running without glitch in Chrome browser in LAPTOP.
