Complaints u0096 badi crm_doc_flow_badi

Hello Guys,

I’m using BADI CRM_DOC_FLOW_BADI to create document flow for subsequent document in complaints.

It is working fine to add document flow on header level but when I try to add a document on item level, I always get the error ‘Select an object type’. Even when I put the object type, the error is still coming.

Any idea about this problem?

Hello Sony,

In the tab 'Referenced Documents', you have first to enter an object type, then you enter your document number. Before entering the ref.item, you have to select the line in the 'referenced documents' table. So the application knows the reference document for which you want to select an item.
