Appraisals - PHAP_ADMIN

Hi Experts,

Please let me know as to why is PHAP_ADMIN tcode useful? How is it used in Appraisals.Can we give this T.code authorization for end users.

Hi,

PHAP_ADMIN is really very useful. Everything related to a particular appraisal document can be made available through this transaction. It is a very powerful T-code.

But access to this should not be given to end users. It should be accessible to only Administrators.

Dont give it for Users!!!

Give PHAP_SEARCH or PHAP_SEARCH_PA  (with authorization PHAP_DOC)

ALmost all transaction have addition _PA - show only group category 1.

This t-code is used by the Administrator to change / maintain the appraisals after the appraise send to his/her manager for the appraisal document review. mostly this t-code is used by the admin's if the manager is not processed / not present for the work.

Thanks for the replies. I came to some understanding about this,pls correct me if im wrong. This tcode is mainly use by administrators to perform certain functions like changing the status,lock the template etc.

1/ There is a option called administrator functions in phap_admin tcode.but when i click on it,it says no functions available.Where can i create them.
