workbook contains multiple queries (selections)

Hi all,

Workbook migrated 3.x to 7.2.

Can you please help here. When a workbook contains multiple queries and the refresh button is selected, the selection screen for all queries appear and need to filled out.

How can I only refresh a query at the time? In BEX3 we have the option to refresh only the query that is selected.

Please advise.

In workbook properties you can find option

But I'm not sure what next.

Hi,

May be just updating BEx will solve the problem.

I use : BI Add on 7.x (Based on 7.30). SP 7 Rev. 734 and option is active.

I used Back End : 730 SP-Level -0011 --SAPKW73011 but we are using GUI 720.

I checked analyzer level.

as per your suggestion I have installed   BI Add on 7.x (Based on 7.30). SP 0 then I refreshed the work book option is enabled and checked for "Allow Refresh" but still while refresh work book displays single selections for multiple Queries.

Many users are created work books locally using with Multiple Queries and they migrated to 7.2 then they refresh the work book the selection variable screen is displaying for all the Query selections not for single Query.

I did some settings as per the above note 1849135

RS_FRONTEND_INIT parameters using transaction RS_FRONTEND_INIT:

ANA_SINGLEDPREFR_NEW = 'X'

(ANA_SINGLEDPREFRESH = 'X')

I am facing sill the same issue I will try to install BI Add on 7.x (Based on 7.30). SP 7 Rev. 734

can some one current  me is it possible in 7.2 if work books are used multiple Queries option to refresh only the query that is selected?
