<sidadm> doesn't start oracle database after oracle upgrade to 11g

Hello gurus,

I upgraded oracle 10.2 to 11.3g on a SAP ECC runing on HP-UX.

After that, the user <sidadm> is not able to start database and sap.

When I do startsap it returns the following message.

/usr/sap/SID/SYS/exe/run/startdb: Terminating with error code 12

DB startup failed.

Can you please help me.
