HWC apps are online apps. You can keep all the MBOs in online cache group. So you will get only real time data from SAP.

Unfortunately, this is not workig. Data is cached on the device (I can see the data with no connection to the SMP server). We have a server initiated starting point.

It should show data in device only when the device is online unless you are using the option "Store data in on device cache" as mentioned here:

Could you provide more details on the steps you followed.

We have hybrid app with only server initiated starting point. For the first time data come from SAP. When we close message and open it again, data come from device cache, not from SAP.

How we can force, that when we open received message the data are refreshed?

Is it happening when the device has no internet connectivity?

Is the MBO Cache group DCN ? To update a DCN cache you must be using the operation "upsert" in ABAP code. Once the data is processed (ex. a PO is approved) use the operation "delete" in the ABAP code to delete the data from DCN cache.

MBO is in Online cache group.

Can you check by changing the sync interval to the lowest.

Synchronization group interval = 1 second. Still old data.

Hi Daniel,

Data stored in DCN messages are not refreshed.  A new or update DCN needs to come from the backend.

You can configure the Inbox messages to be deleted from the device once processed, or have them marked as processed.

Thanks,

Andrew.
