Last Activity 100 % confirmed tables and links for BIBO reports.

dear All,

i want to get the project status by knowing the last activity fully confirmed in CJ20N.

please suggest me the tables and links to get the last activity in the project which is fully confirmed (100%)

Hi,

Try AFRU table, Pass AUFNR as Network and VORNR as activity. Fetch the data. There will be a field called Final Confirmation.If it is X, then it is confirmed.

Not sure, if this is what you are looking for. Else, you can check it through JEST and JCDS table.

join the AFVC table with PRPS. You have the field WBS in the AFVC table. So thats your link.. to get the WBS..

in AFRU as u said am getting the activity number which is confirmed 100%

and now when i want to get the last activity which is confirmed 100%, there is no linkage from AFRU to AFVC to reach upto PRPS

The link  between AFVC and AFRU is simple.. These fields give you the linkage..

AFVC     AUFPL     AFRU     AUFPL

AFVC     APLZL     AFRU     APLZL

And AUFPL you can get from AFKO table by passing the AUFNR.  which is your network number..

Hi Suhas,

You got to use the following tables to get the details.

1. PROJ - For Projects

2, PRPS- For WBS

3. AFVC- For Activities

4. JEST or JCDS- For current status of the activities. .

From the first three tables get the Activities which are maintained in your Project. Then Pass the activity OBJNR to the JEST or JCDS for getting the Fully Confirmed Status..
