Data copy from base doc to target doc problem

Dear all,

Kindly suggested me how to solve below problem.

we are copying GRPO data  from Purchase order.at that time Tax code and Warehouse is missing.How can i get These both field from Base document.

Kindly suggested me how to resolve this.

hi Pratap,

You can got to GRPO module, select the particular vendor from where you have created the Purchase order. There  you will get the below screen

Under Tax amount heading choose the first option and go ahead. You will get the tax code.

For warehouse column Goto form settings, Under Table format in that particular screen and select whse option. You will get the specific assigned warehouse.

Hi,

Disable FMS at warehouse code in GRPO and then try. Can you advice how did you create GRPO by copy to or copy from?

Hi Pratap,

While you are doing copy from, which option are you choosing  from the screen .

If you are choosing Yes to All. The tax code doesn't get copied.

For warehouse,check the default whse and remove user defined value for that particular column.

Hi,

In general, if you copy PO to GRPO all fields from PO are copied to GRPO. There is no possibility of missing fields.
