RFC_ERROR_COMMUNICATION--max no of 100 conversation exceeded

Hi,

We are facing problems with our JCOs.JCOs usually work fine however sometimes it gives an RFC_ERROR_COMMUNICATION which says max no of 100 conversation exceeded . and sometimes it does not give any error but we are not able to get any data.

We restart our portal and it starts working fine.We would like to have a permanent solution.

Kindly suggest what can be the solution.

Hi,

I am really new to JCO and RFC's but thought this might be helpful.

The RFC's/JCO's use resources which can configured on the RFC application server. please refer http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04s/helpdata/en/b2/ae1c3d2b058c4ce10000000a114084/content.htm

Every conversation or communication is allocated specific shared memory, so when this limit is broken we will end up in error.
