EPM Install Error 2932

Hello Experts,

I have a couple users getting this error when trying to install the EPM Add-in.  This is a new error we have not seen and I cannot find anything online.  Has anyone seen this before or have ideas on how to fix it?  Thanks,

Which version of addon are you trying to install?

We are currently on EPM Version 10 SP 16 Patch 1

Have you tried to uninstall the existing version first then install it?

maybe also try the new version SP 18 patch 2

Yes both users have fully uninstalled their current EPM and 16 is working for 99% of our users.

We are not approved to move to SP 18 yet as we have 300+ users.

I would suggest restart your pc, then see if that fixed the issue.

if not then try run a reg cleaner

then also scan for virus

Hey Andy,

My users attempted to use the Fix It website, and it is requiring them to purchase the Speedy PC Pro software.  We do not plan on purchasing anything.

use the web site as a guide line, you don't have to buy any software.

try regclean, and scan for viruses.
