workflow to business object association

Hi,

I have a strange problem with a new workflow I'm building.

It is a workflow for a material master, it was tested and works in our DEV box, but upon transporting to QA something strange has happened.

Usually instances of the workflow (both complete or in process) can be seen in workflow overview in GOS. for this workflow I can't see them. I know the workflow has started because I can see it in my outbox under started workflows, but when I look in the GOS under the workflow overview, it's not visible.

This is not the case in our DEV box, only in QA, any idea why this would happen?

Our SAP system is ECC6 ehp7 btw.
