PCUI verses SAP GUI

Hi All,

I am doing the scope study of upgrade from CRM 2.0c to CRm 4.0. Please respond to the following questions ...

1. Is Internet Sales Module available both in JSP's and PCUI in CRM 4.0.

2. If so, which one of it is easy to implement?

3. What are the pros and cons?

Thanks,

Anil Santhapuri

Anil, to answer your questions... Order document creation in CRM 40 still requires ISA which is Java based. Several portal applications have become available in PC-UI but order capture is still ISA (java) based. If you need any additional info, let me know, Tiest.

Hi,

We are analyzing on the implementation of presentation layer with .NET Vs PCUI for SAP CRM 4.0. We are currently on 6.2.

Could you throw more light on the pros and cons of each of the solutions.

Thanks,

Hi

The answer to all three is: JSP only.
