Hi Vladimir,
Goto Tcode CRMC_ACTION_CONF , select your action definition-->Add a new action with Proc type as Mail output, select the Partner function (Processor), attach a smartform and add the start condition as the &BUSINESSOBJECT.CURRENTSYSTEMSTATUS& which will give you system status (Customer Action).

Hi Vladimir,
I dont think there is any separate userstatus for SAP specified Customer Action.
you can check the specified userstatuses thru SPRO-> Solman impl guide->Solution Manager-> Capabilities-> ITSM->Status profile->status mapping.
We can always create your own user status, but it would require customization.
