Mail to message processor, triggered by SAP Status

Dear Gurus.

Is it possible to send mail to message processor, when SAP send the message back to processor in VAR scenario?

When SAP Status is Customer Action?

Hi Vladlimir,

Basically you need to configure an email action for ZMIV transaction type for your var scenario or relevant transaction type

You can refer the below thread

Further the Action condition start should be your customer action status and dependent upon Processor partner function.

I am familiar with this scenario - the question which action to use.

SAP status is not tem same as common message status (User status)

Hello,

Status Customer Action must be mapped to user statuses. You can always have the action dependent on the Solution Manager local mapped status.

There are two statuses for the same message:

Hi Vladimir,

Goto Tcode CRMC_ACTION_CONF , select your action definition-->Add a new action with Proc type as Mail output, select the Partner function (Processor), attach a smartform and add the start  condition as the &BUSINESSOBJECT.CURRENTSYSTEMSTATUS& which will give you system status (Customer Action).

Hi

This is not User Status. This I a SAP status. When message is forwarded to SAP, the second status exist, It is the status of SAP message , that was opened from Solution manager .

Hi Vladimir,

I dont think there is any separate userstatus for SAP specified Customer Action.

you can check the specified userstatuses thru SPRO-> Solman impl guide->Solution Manager-> Capabilities-> ITSM->Status profile->status mapping.

We can always create your own user status, but it would require customization.
