Error: No Matching Records Found 'Store Requisition'

I have created a UDO form named store requisition in SAP 8.82 PL 10 and created an alert that brings a list of the store requisitions created in the system. However, I am getting the error: No matching Records Found 'Store Requisition'(@STORE_REQ) (ODBC- 2028), when opening the store requisition created from the alert using the link on the document number, and the document is opening a blank store requisition form in find mode. Please note that I have defined a numbering series for the UDO form and therefore the DocEntry number and the document number are different. Kindly assist on how this issue can be resolved.
