SAP CRM Ehp3 Visit Plan Status

Hi,

have 2 question which are connected:

Question 1: Scenario is such that i want to create more dropdown option in Status field in Visit Plan ,

currently 3 options are available

Released

Not released

Release and archive

To create new status there is no option available in IMG, if any kindly mention

Question 2: Adding to this i need authorization assignment for each status

if there is any standard procedure available kindly share
