SLA Completion at wrong status

Hi friends ,

I have configured SLA for Incidents . I am facing a problem - when the Incident is put into "In Process" , the SLA Completion flag is set .

Thus the MPT stops .

Only the IRT should stop at this status . Any idea why this happens ?
