SAP Business One 9.0 version for HANA SQL migration error

I'm trying to migrate a company from SQL to SAP HANA, and it fails with 4 of the Pre Checks. Below is the checks it's failing on:

The last error is the only one with a note attached, and it seems like I need to submit the databsae to SAP for processing. As for the first 3, there are no notes attached, and scanning the DB, I can't find any of those issues. Any insight would be helpful.
