Budget Consumption Reports

Hi all,

I am trying to tie together our previous FY budget on the IM structure. All the reports that i have tried drills down to WBS level. However i want something that shows me all budget movement/consumption on IM level.

Do you have any suggestion as to what i can use?

I have tried CJI8 and a few others but with no success.

Hi

If the WBS Element is the cost object which has been used in conjunction with IM, you will have to drill down to WBS level to check actuals against the budget. You may have to go in for a custom object in ECC or if you are using BI, you can pull in a report through a new query.

However i want to see budget that was not distributed to WBS's. Any ideas?

There are reports on the below path:

SAP Easy Access>Accounting>Investment Management>Programs>Information System>Investment Management Reports>Programs - Current Data>Budget Values>Budget from Programs

Under this node you will find various reports. This will give you budegt values at the program id level.

I do recollect that the report S_ALR_87012819 and S_ALR_87012820 could probably give you this information.

Are you doing a roll up of the budget value from the AR or you are manually assigning the values from the position id to the WBS Element? If a roll up is there, you may probably want to draw up a custom object as I pointed out earlier.
