How to change the business agreement class?

How to change the business agreement class when create a business agreement by CRM web ui?

The business agreement is gray and I cannot choose it.

Could anyone tell me a solution in detail?

Hello,

Did you check the customizing below  ?

Customer Relationship Management->Master Data->Business Partner->Business Agreement.

There is also a BADI to automatically determine the business agreement class : CRM_BUAG_CLASS_TEMPL.
