DTP Problem

Hello,

We are facing few issues :

1. Whenever we execute DTP for DSO ( Full/Delta ) there are no errors but still the request turns red and we have to manually make it green . We have tested all the options in DTP but no luck .

2. After manually changing the status as we try to activate the DSO , jobs are not net getting scheduled its always in the released state and randomly finishes or changes to active then finished .

It's very urgent , we have BI in the ECC system only .

Never use urgent and ASAP kind words on scn.

All scn users working on scn as their interest on free time.

Can you check your dtp detailed logs from dtp monitor screen.

there might be one dtp with red status.

if yes then you can process red data package only by using Post manually option form dtp top menu.

or Dtp monitor screen, refresh and debugging button between there will be one more icon - post manually package with errors. use that option if exist.

But my query is that every time it gets red even though there are not errors, just the header status goes red all the time .

can you check your dtp monitor-->details tab and sm37 job.

there might be something we will find.

What your sm37 job status says?

I have checked in sm37 for it and it says no log exists .
