SAP Business One Change Log/ Authorisation Object for making changes

Hello Experts,

As mentioned in the title, is it possible for me to generate a full listing of changes made in SAP Business One throughout a certain period?

In addition to that, which authorisation/ Functional Area in Business One allows a certain ID to make changes?
