SAP Business One Change Log/ Authorisation Object for making changes

Hello Experts,

As mentioned in the title, is it possible for me to generate a full listing of changes made in SAP Business One throughout a certain period?

In addition to that, which authorisation/ Functional Area in Business One allows a certain ID to make changes?

It is possible. But it is very hard to capture all changes made in all documents. Better use change log under tools for each document to get accurate information. Note that some of documents in B1 does not have change log.

Check authorization "Modify Posted A/R Documents" & Modify Posted A/P Documents

In addition to that, do you have any idea on what are the authorisation available(if there is one) that allow a user to perform migration/transport changes from testing environment to production server?

Yes, the functional object/authority to perform changes from test to production in SAP Business One.

No. It is possible to transfer change log from test DB to production server.
