Change workflow is not getting triggered

Hi ,

We have a created a change workflow which is to be triggered when a IS-MAM order(Media Order) is to be changed . This has to be triggered only when a specific field in the order has to be changed . For this we have set a condition in transaction SWEC and the necessary steps are followed , still the workflow is not getting triggered . Could anybody tell me if there are any other pre-requisites that i am missing ?

Hi Mayank,

As suggested by Anjan , first approach is to check the change documents are getting triggered or not. Second approach will be , you might have got different change document object while configuring it in SWEC. Please cross verify the same. Third , it might be happening that your tcode is not commiting in the database. Also , you need to check whether in your system , event linkage is activated with workflow. you can cross confirm whether events are triggered or not by SWEL tcode.

Please check these things and let us know if it is still not working.

  Please check in CDPOS and CDHDR, is really the change document created.

If created and workflow not triggered then  share the screenshot
