Adding new screen in ME21N ?

Dear ABAP Experts..!

Hear my functional consultant wants to add new screen in ME21N t-code as shown below.

In the above screen of Delivery / Invoice tab when the user select Payment term as "LC" then they want some new screen.

How can i develop this issue ?

please give me suggestions..!
