select businessobject dashboard

I'm beginer from BI,I want to select dashboard for businessobject xi 3.1 ,I read Xcelsius2008 is ok for it But I want to know

it's Ture or can use another one?

I read BusinessObjects Dashboards 4.0 SAP Crystal Dashboard Design 2011 can use but I 'am not sure.

what dose dashboard use for businessobject xi 3.1?
