Digital Signature Configurrm for Form 16

I need to configuration of Digital signature for Form16 , my ADS server is working fine which is running on the

on Solution Manager. now not able to understand STRUST configuration on R3server or Solution Manager, please provide the document of Digital signature configuration for Form 16.
