SAP FIORI Timesheet

While working on SAP Fiori Timesheet. The application is working fine  if I maintain relationship "A012" Managed by but it is going to Chief of that Org Unit  for approval.

I have a concern that If I maintain One-on-One relationship "A002", then the details are not showing up in manager's App of Fiori and hence he cannot approve.

we have here is only One-on-One relationship "A002", and we don't want relationship "A012". Also cannot ask the client to change the relationship now from "A002" to "A012".

Kindly suggest.

Hi Anil,

I checked that thread but instead of doing steps as mentioned I am not able to achieve the solution.

Infact now the the Manager app is not having any entry.

Solution by Srikanth: Created evaluation path and added in custom rule for object selection. Then added those custom rules to the object selection in Root objects & Navigation objects.

I created used Evaluation path A002 which is already in system added that to MSS_LCA_RULE1 and MSS_LCA_RULE5 by copying in "Define Rule for Object Selection". (Unchecked Exclude Managers)

Than in "Object Selection": I copied MSS_LCA_EE_ALL and MSS_LCA_EE_DIR, assigned my custom rule to them.

In "Define Organizational Structure View" again copied MSS_LCA_EE_ALL and MSS_LCA_EE_DIR also assigned my above copied Object Selection to it.

In "Define group of  Organizational view" copied MSS_LCA_EE to new and assigned  my created organizational views(both) of previous step to it(now sure what Position in this step refers to)

Finally defined my Group of Organizational view to Rule group in place of MSS_LCA_EE.

Created relationship A002.. tested and it failed....

Please suggest where it went wrong...

Yes I did.

In "Define Organizational Structure View" again copied MSS_LCA_EE_ALL and MSS_LCA_EE_DIR also assigned my above copied Object Selection to it.

In Data Entry Profile I have maintained TS20000460 in workflow column with flag on "With Auto Determination of recipient" not for With SAP Business Workflow.

Is this the correct task?

Hi Tanya,

TS20000460 is SAP standard task right and if this works in ECC/Portal without Fiori for A002 relationship, then no issues with task. But, you need to check and maintain the Object & Data provided which I mentioned in the attachment and it would work.
