Schedule to destinations

Hi all,

Environment:

  BO XI 3.1 SP6

I try to make a publication based on one webi report. I choose my report, add the enterprise recipients, an Excel file as destination format and select the destination as email.

When we validate the screen we have the following error message :

Sorry, you do not have the right to 'Schedule to Destinations" (ID 62) for "name of the recipient". Please contact the administrator if you require this right.

Do you have any ideas ?

We have even tried to set the full access control on : connections, universes, applications (webi, infoview) and folders but we always have the same error.

Hi Liochon,

The user used to schedule publication should have subscribe to publications right. Grant it following way.

1. Login to Central Management Console as an Administrator.
2. Go to Users and Groups.
3. Click Manage > Top-Level Security > All Users or All Groups.
4. Click OK in the Message from webpage dialog.
5. Select User or Group name and click Assign Security.
6. Click Advanced tab and click Add/Remove Rights.
7. Click General > General and set Grant to the Subscribe to publications.
8. Click Apply and OK.

NOTE: By default this right is granted for EVERYONE group.
