how to make table T001S maintainable without transport required

Dear SAP Communities,

My problem is as following:

• To define a new accounting clerk, we have to go to customizing --> insert new clerk --> save --> transport from development system to test and production system. (Table T001S)

--> It's a long process...

---> Now we would like to let users to be able to maintain this table directly in CP1 without transport request. The authorized user can insert the accounting clerk directly in CP1.

        ---> The SAP Standard Maintenance Dialog of this table is not changeable without access key...

Please help me solve this problem. I would be thankful for your help!!

Hello Thanh-Huyen Le,

T001S is the table modified by transaction OB05 is set as delivery class "C". You can check this in SE11 if this is the same setting in your SAP system.

In case this setting is set to "C" in any table, then you can't modify it without setting client to modifiable even if you give auth to change table entries in SM30.

Please check the same.
