how to check who updated the universe

Hello,

we are facing an issue in the BO 4.0 sp6 production environment where we are seeing some one updated a universe. However, when I go to the repository from Information Design tool I see my name as the last publisher, even though I have not made any changes.

How do I prove that I didnt update this universe? can I get "last universe updater name" from query builder? or Audit universe? please let me know, thanks
