MDM Catalog problem after SRM7 upgrade to EHP2

Dear Experts,

we start our project to upgrade our SRM landscape from 7.0 to EHP2. Now we are facing some problems with the MDM catalog connection. Nothing was changed in the customizing or parameters. The MDM catalog connection provided by SRM NWBC for HTML and customized as external services.

Releases:

MDM Server 7.1 SP8

MDM Catalog 3.0

Netweaver for MDM Server 7.01 SP3

Now when we are using the link we get an Server error 500 from MDM SAP Netweaver with the following description:

Of course we check the regarding note without any success.
