In transfer stock(MB1B 313) at LTP(MS04)

Hello,

   I have a problem need your help.

   for example:

     1.  material F001 only have 100PC in location L001. L001 and L002 all refer to MRP.  at the time, we can see 100 stock in MD04/MS04 .

     2.  then I use MB1B 313 to transfer 30PC from L001 to L002. in MMBE, we can find that 30PC in L002 with the status "in transfer". at the time, we can see 100 stock in MD04, but only 70 stock in MS04.

     3. if we continue to use MB1B 315 to do goods receive 30PC in L002 , we will see 100 stock in MD04/MS04.

  My question is , why at step 2, MS04 only show 70PC?

Hi Microfish,

For your question, the reason is MD04/MS04 used different calculating method in opening stock, for MS04 the planning scenario is taken into account during planning run. You should double check the planning scenario which was used for long-term planning, what kind of value was chosen at field of "Opening stock"? If tha value were "2" - Plant stock at time of planning, you would see the same stock quantity in MD04/MS04 before MB1B+315.

    My scenario is "2" --Plant stock at time of planning. But I can't see the same stock in MD04/MS04 before MB1B+315.

Hi Microfish,

Firstly, check your settings in t-code OPPI, whether the indicator of stock in transfer available for planning has been marked already under the testing plant? If no, tick it and run MS04 again; if the problem still exist, you should check what component version you are testing now? Or provide more settings for your issue.

BTW, my SAP component version is ECC6.0, there is not such problem as yours when the "Opening stock" chose "2" - Plant stock at time of planning. The quantity of stock in transfer can be shown in MD04/MS04 correctly.

Hi Tao,

  My SAP Version is : SAP ERP Central Component 5.0

  In OPPI, we have set the indicator "Stock in transfer" at the plant, but we don't set another 2: "Blocked stock", "Restricted-use stock".

  we implement BADI- MD_CHANGE_MRP_DATA, but I confirm "CHANGE_MDPSX_MARD" would not affect the result, and "CHANGE_MDPSX_MDUR" is blank.
