In transfer stock(MB1B 313) at LTP(MS04)

I have a problem need your help.

for example:

1. material F001 only have 100PC in location L001. L001 and L002 all refer to MRP. at the time, we can see 100 stock in MD04/MS04 .

2. then I use MB1B 313 to transfer 30PC from L001 to L002. in MMBE, we can find that 30PC in L002 with the status "in transfer". at the time, we can see 100 stock in MD04, but only 70 stock in MS04.

3. if we continue to use MB1B 315 to do goods receive 30PC in L002 , we will see 100 stock in MD04/MS04.

My question is , why at step 2, MS04 only show 70PC?
