Wagetype not showing on payslip

Former Member

Hello All,

I have created a custom wagetype and maintained it's Evaluation Class 2 with a value of 02 (Print control for payments) in V_T512_D but this wagetype is still not showing on the payslip.

Any ideas?

Thank you

Mike

When you are copying a wage type from model wage type etc.., attributes of model wage type will be copied to to a wag type to certain extend you can find that information(all the tables) when you are copying a wage type any further you have to do it as per configuration required.

Dear Mike,

Please see the following points.

1.  Delete existing wage type, which you created from custom wage type.

2.  Copy from proper model wage type to custom wage type.

3.  Go to PE51 and update only existing form two places like windows an d custom field.

4.  Take the run with correct form name

Hi Mike,

Check the below screenshot that you have assigned your wage type correctly or not?

Step1:- You have to assign your wage type in Window subobjects.

Step2:- Next you have to assign wage type in Cumulation Id subobjects.

Check and tell me.

Hello Sankarsan,

Thank you for your input.

This new wagetype that I have created is a copy of a wagetype that already appears on the payslip. Am I correct in saying that for this reason my new wagetype should also appear on the payslip?

Thanks

Mike

No Mike it will not be.

Because in at the time of copying wage type through OH11 at that time it's not update PE51 details.

You have to add as per step which i told you.

Hi Mike,

Check whether you have included this WT in Window's & Cummulation ID's option in PE51..

Please check in PE51, by specifying your form name if it is there in Windows and Cumulation ID options.

First, please confirm that the Custom WT appears in the employee's Results Table (of the Payroll Results Cluster).

Hi,

Yes this wagetype does appear in the emplyoee's RT. It is just not showing on the payslip even though I have copied it using a wagetype that does show on the payslip.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Mike
