Hi, I am creating an OLAP connection using BICS connectivity, while creating it InfoArea does not show up when we select the cube.
Is there any setting which I miss?
Thanks,
Imran

Hi
Please find the below link :
And also find the below OSS note : 1771220
Infoareas and infoproviders are not listed or shown in the BICS OLAP connection in BI4.
Hi
Also Please check
Even though you have access to BW, and if you are not part of a member of BW system group in BO ( an alias created for BW system as "BO system"). not able to see the info ares.
To check :
Log in CMC ->Select User and Groups - > Select User List -> enter the user ID in Find Title”IMRON”->Select the ID:IMRON ->Properties ->Check Alias is created or not.
Generally. admin users are sued to create new connections in CMC, so it is recommended to assign SAP ALL role to the OLAP user
