Hi,
I have an issue with report PT_ERL00 - the report is throwing a customised error for an employee (25.03.2013), however the employee is present on that day. See below screenshots.
Also you can see in CAT2 that the employees times have been recorded and approved. They have then been transferred to the PA30 record.
When I run Time Evaluation (RPTIME00) for the employee there is no issues with this date (25.03.2013).
Any help or guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Brian,
Run PT60 again just for this day and consider output log in detail to find the message or go into PT40 and find time management messges for this EE. Here by double click you can go into message detail.
By the way, I see there is just an attendance record for 1 hour. What about the rest of working hours? Does EE have any clock-in/out? Maybe you would create a daily attendance record not hourly.

Hi Brian,
It seems EE is absence on 06.03.2014 and there is no any clock-in/out. The absence record that comes from IT2001 may be generated automatically by system.
If you check PT66 you will see this is a working day for EE based on its work schedule rule. So system works well and stop time evaluation by generating error message.
If you would system go ahead you should implement an automatic absence generation. In this way system will generate an absence record and the next day by running time evaluation system won't stop on this day because the day before a record has been generated and already there is in IT2001.

Hi Brian,
Can you share screenshot of the PCR which is generating this error message?
