Hi Srini,

Actual finish date for the Order will be set after you have completed GR for all quantities in that Order. There are several indicators for this:

  • Order has status DLV in the header
  • Final Delivery indicator in Goods Receipt tab is ticked

You can see the field in Dates/Qties tab in Order header as follow:

In the table, you can only find this field in AFPO-LTRMI, because according to SAP Note 595916, field AFKO-GLTRI or CAUFV-GLTRI is no longer be used. In your case, if AFPO-LTRMI is still blank, then perhaps you haven't delivered all required quantities in the Order (check the two indicators above).

This field can still be updated, for example, if you cancel the GR or if you increase the Order quantity (so that total quantity is bigger than delivered quantity) and then you do GR subsequently.

To prevent change in the Order, it is better to set TECO (Technically Completed) status in the Order. You can do this via CO02 using menu Production Order - Functions - Restrict Processing - Complete Technically. This will prevent changes in the Order, including Confirmation and GR. You can get the Technical Completion date from CAUFV-IDAT2.

Hi,

You could identify when the status of your Order is modified. For example when the TECO or CLSD status are entered.

The changes in the status can be seen in table: JCDS (you will also need to use table TJ02T to translate the meaning of field STAT).

Kind Regards,

Mariano

Dear Srinivasbhupati,

you can try AUFM table for to find the material document of the production order.

In alternative if you want much more precision you can research activation date of the order status that you want to know.

In particular you should take the obcjet number in the AUFK table. After than you have to use this value in JCDS table or using the  following FM :

in order to know the actived status of the production order.

Let me know if i've been useful for you
