Roles & Authorization for SAP NetWeaver PI 7.1 Developer ID

Hello Experts,

We are currently on SAP NetWeaver PI 7.1, only Last month we took the transition from external development team. at the time of time transition their's

user id were copied to make our teams user id .as per my understanding by default all existing roles & profile must be copied to the new user id.

but when we login to Enterprise Service builder or Integration builder & go in for a change mode the system gives error message for Insufficient authorization to create object in ESR.

Below Roles & Profiles are already configure in the user id.

Do we require any thing other than this to go ahead & create object in ESR or Integration Builder.
