We have new printers (RICOH MP C3504) need to add to SAP.
I couldn't able to find the correct device type from Support SAP.
Please help us.

Have you read through SAP Note 1135039 - Printer Vendor Wizard Note: Ricoh? You can find the device type for C3504.
