Insert a cloumns in a cross tab

    Hi Every one,

I have a requirement, I build a cross tab and after every 3 periods I need to insert a empty column, please help me to insert a empty column in a cross tab. My cross tab looks like as below image,

I need report like as shown below...

Thank you for quick reply....

I  nedd another requirement like as shown below.

Where ever the Hierarchy level is 2 the entire columns should be colored as yellow...The rows should vary dynamically but the columns are static

Please help me to reach the above requirement.

Yes, I tried it and you can put Excel formulas in those empty columns.

Hi Saida,

If you do not mind converting the crosstab to formula you can already do this. Be sure to drill to the level and view you require and then select convert to formula.

You can then insert rows and columns.

Hi Mic,

Thank you for your input, In that way we can achieve my requirement, But my client don't want to convert to formulas.

That's the big the challenge here and one more thing in the PROD the client may add sone another members,So those are not visible if we use convert to formulas option.
