If you do not mind converting the crosstab to formula you can already do this. Be sure to drill to the level and view you require and then select convert to formula.
You can then insert rows and columns.

Thank you for your input, In that way we can achieve my requirement, But my client don't want to convert to formulas.
That's the big the challenge here and one more thing in the PROD the client may add sone another members,So those are not visible if we use convert to formulas option.
