Training workflow giving dump

Dear Experts,

  When I am booking a course in training and event management its giving a dump. Kindly go through the screenshots and suggest me a solution. In this workflow I have to send the notification to approver when employee booking the course.

Note: 1177263 - Errored correspondence workitem dumps after execution

should solve your issue.

However, it is in Pilot Release status; if you cannot implement it via SNOTE, raise an OSS message to get it for your customer.

  When I tried to get the note from system & from marketplace I am getting one mesage like note is not released.

   I checked. Tasks & workflows are there in SWE2. Instead of WS12000003 workflow WS00400120 is triggering.

that is why I mentioned that it is Pilot Release.... that is not released for ALL.

You need to raise an OSS message, mention your exact issue with screen shots and then reference this note an ask them if it can be released for your client.

Hi,

A couple of pointers:

That's a dump in a standard program, so you should search the SAP Notes. Use the error name (eg WRITE_TO_OFFSET_TOOLARGE) and/or the program name when you are searching.

The dump may be preventing those workflows from triggering. Check SWEL and your event linkages (SWE2) too.

You don't need SAP_ALL (or any particular authorization) to raise events to trigger workflows.

Hi,

When I create a booking , I am expecting one of the following workflows to trigger.

WS 01200147     Approve Employee Attendance Cancellation

WS 01200151     Approve Employee's Attendance Booking

WS 01200160     Approve Employee's Rebooking

But workflow WS 00400120 (Correspondence error handling) is triggered. I am having

SAP_ALL authorization for the user.

Can anyone guide me?
